At SharkNinja Türkiye, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home innovation purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Product

  Securely place the item in its original box along with all accessories, manuals, and your purchase invoice to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Use our contracted courier service with the provided return code to ship your package free of charge to our central warehouse in Istanbul.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the product condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
